Speak English. They read Polish.
An English-language meeting, training or service, read in Polish as it happens. Speecho streams the subtitles to the screen or to the phones in the room, with about a second between the sentence and its translation.

Understanding English well enough to work in it is not the same as following an hour of it.
An English-speaking manager and a Polish-speaking team
The all-hands runs in English because head office does. Half the room follows it comfortably; the rest reconstruct it afterwards from colleagues.
Now: The meeting stays in English and everyone reads it in Polish live - then keeps the transcript.
Training and onboarding delivered from abroad
A trainer flies in, presents in English, and the questions that would have surfaced problems never get asked because asking them in English is harder than staying quiet.
Now: The session is readable in Polish while it happens, so the questions come during the training rather than a week later.
A guest speaker who does not speak Polish
A visiting preacher or lecturer needs a volunteer interpreter beside them, which halves the pace and doubles the length.
Now: They speak at normal pace in English and the room reads Polish subtitles, with no interpreter standing in the middle.
Subtitles appear while the sentence is still being spoken
Interim words show up instantly and settle as the phrase completes - the English above, the Polish below.
Good morning, thanks for making time for this today.
Dzień dobry, dziękuję za znalezienie czasu na dzisiejsze spotkanie.
I want to walk through the plan for the next quarter.
Chciałbym omówić plan na następny kwartał.
Stop me at any point if something is not clear.
Proszę mi przerwać w dowolnym momencie, jeśli coś nie jest jasne.
Three steps, and the room is reading
Set up once; after that it is one button before you start.
1. Pick where the sound comes from
The microphone in the room, or the audio of a browser tab if the meeting is online. Taking audio from the sound desk beats a laptop microphone across the hall.
Note: tab audio needs Chrome or Edge. In Safari and Firefox the microphone is the way in.
2. Share the reading link
One link, shown as a QR code on the screen or printed in the programme. It opens in a browser - no install, no account, and each reader sets their own text size.
Or: put the subtitles on the projector in fullscreen instead, and nobody needs a phone at all.
3. Start, and stop when you are done
Billed by the second while the session runs, from a pay-as-you-go balance. Pause it over a break and nothing is charged.
Afterwards: the session is saved as a transcript in both languages, exportable as text or subtitles.
Pay only for what you use
Top up once. Credits never expire. No subscription. One wallet for transcription, scans and captions.
New accounts get 15 free minutes to try - credits work for scans and captions too.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Polish come out grammatical, or word by word?
It is translated as sentences, not word by word, so cases and verb aspect follow the meaning rather than the English word order. Live translation is still faster and looser than a human translator would be with time to think - it is built to be read at the pace of speech.
Are Polish diacritics kept in the transcript?
Yes - ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź and ż are preserved on screen and in the saved transcript, and in the exported subtitle files.
What about English technical terms and product names?
They stay in English inside the Polish sentence, which is how people in Polish offices actually speak. A translated product name would be less readable, not more.
Can Polish be the spoken language instead?
Yes. Speecho recognises Polish natively and can translate it into any of the supported target languages - this page just opens the app with the English-to-Polish direction preset. Swap the two selects and it runs the other way.
What does an hour cost?
Billed by the second from a pay-as-you-go balance, from $0.83 per hour - the same credits as file transcription. An hour-long meeting comes to roughly a dollar.
Other language pairs
The same session in a different direction - and any of the 56 recognised languages can be translated into any supported target, whether or not it has a page here.
Keep the meeting in English. Let the room read Polish.
Live Polish subtitles on the screen or on every phone. No hardware, no subscription, billed by the second.
