Is there a free trial?

Yes. Create an account and confirm your email to get 15 free minutes of transcription - no credit card required. Welcome credits are regular credits, so you can also spend them on text-to-speech, handwriting scans or captions.

Do credits expire?

No. Your credits never expire. Top up once and use whenever you need - there is no subscription and no monthly reset.

How do credits work?

1 credit = 6 seconds of audio, so 10 credits transcribe one minute and $5 buys 2,400 credits (about 4 hours). You are billed only for the length of what you actually process.

What does it cost per hour?

Between $0.83 and $1.25 per hour of audio depending on how much you top up - the larger the top-up, the lower the effective rate. The $50 Studio pack works out to $0.83/hour.

Are there any extra fees?

Prices are in USD. VAT may be added at checkout based on your country (we use Paddle as the merchant of record). There are no seat fees, setup fees or minimums.
