Can I convert WhatsApp or Telegram voice messages to text?
Yes - export or forward the audio file from the chat, upload it, and read the message as text moments later. Common voice-note formats are supported.
Is there a length limit for voice messages?
Up to 5 hours or 200 MB per file, far longer than any voice note. You are billed by audio length only.
What languages do voice messages transcribe in?
99 languages are supported - useful for messages that arrive in a language you read faster than you listen.
What happens to the audio afterwards?
It is processed only to make the transcript and deleted once it is ready, unless you turn on Keep audio. The text stays in your account, auto-deletes after 90 days, and can be removed at any time.
My recording is split across several files. Can I get one transcript?
Yes. Upload all the files, then select them in your history and press Merge. You get one transcript with the parts in the order you set and the timestamps running on, plus one file to download.
