Source files are deleted after processing and transcripts are removed automatically after 90 days. Delete a candidate’s recording from your history sooner whenever you want to.

Frequently asked questions
Can I transcribe interviews recorded on Zoom, Teams or Meet?
Yes. Record the call in whichever tool you use, then upload the MP4 or M4A. The audio is extracted in your browser, so you are not pushing a two-gigabyte video across the network.
Do I need the candidate’s consent to record?
Usually yes, and in some jurisdictions from every person on the call. The requirements differ between countries and even between US states, so treat asking as the default: state that you are recording, get an audible yes, and keep that at the top of the recording. This is not legal advice — check your own obligations.
Will the transcript show who was speaking?
Yes — turn on speaker identification and each line is labelled, then rename "Speaker 1" to real names. That matters most in panel interviews where three people ask questions.
How much does one interview cost?
A 45-minute interview costs roughly $0.62 at $0.83 per hour. There are no seats to buy, so a colleague who runs two interviews a quarter costs you two interviews, not a licence.
Is candidate audio used to train AI models?
No. Recordings are not used for model training, source files are deleted after processing, and transcripts are auto-removed after 90 days.
